» Christina Milian fights back against The Dreams Divorce suit

Christina Milian has filed papers against her estranged husband The Dream, claiming that when he filed for divorce the marriage wasn’t over as they had engaged in “Marital relations on several occasions.”

The Dream who is also father of the couples 6 months old baby Violet, supposedly presented Christina with a divorce settlement that waved her rights to any child support and renounced rights over the pair claiming any of each other's property. Christina is now claiming that she was not in the right state to sign the papers as she was 9 months pregnant and is asking for the court to disregard the old divorce papers.

The Dream was pictured two weeks ago on a beach in the Caribbean with his assistant Melissa Santiago; the pair was extremely intimate, and on the same day the couple released a statement regarding their break up. Christina is also alleging that The Dream was unfaithful during the short 8 month spell they were married.

The Divorce battle continues.
