» Russell Simmons & Kimora Lee Finally Sell Home
Music mogul Russell Simmons and ex-wife Kimora Lee have finally found a buyer for the marital home they shared in New Jersey, after three years on the market.
The power couple split in 2006 and their divorce was finalised last year, with Kimora gaining sole custody of their two daughters. The two remain firm friends, though.
They put their huge estate on the market in 2007 for £15.3 million - £6 million more than they paid for the property in 2001.
However, the 10 bedroom, 11 bathroom mansion failed to sell, mostly blamed on the economic downturn in the market.
The pair has now agreed a contract with a buyer after slashing the asking price to around £9.3 million.
